We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of delivery. Please review the following policy for returns and refunds:
- To initiate a return, contact us at help@shopprorex.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
- We only accept returns for defective merchandise caused by the seller. In such cases, the item will either be replaced (subject to availability) or refunded at the buyer's discretion.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be in a resaleable condition.
- Gift items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- All return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
